PlanTech Design's Featured House Plan This is a great plan for a large country lot. It features a wrap around veranda, two full storeys plus a bonus room over a large two car garage. 9 foot ceilings on the main floor, large open kitchen, dining and family room that opens out onto a the rear veranda. Upper floor features large master bedroom with a small balcony, plus 2 to 4 other bedrooms. Upper bathroom provides private spaces for lots of children to make use of at once. Upper loft area for TV or computer room. This plan incorporates 2x6 construction on the exterior walls.
