• Dealing with the local authorities on all of the applications required
• 3D modeling for your review during the design stage.

• Coordination of all required consultants

• Providing a full detailed set of construction drawings suitable for building permit and construction
• Provide tendering services for you
• Provide project administration during construction for you, to ensure compliance with the design
• Provide full as-built drawings once the construction is complete
• Provide mortgage draw reviews during construction
